Colours and shading are great, though I think you should check on the proportions again
Overall, your coloring looks pretty good! The shadows and highlights are fairly consistent overall, but there are a couple places that the blending could be a bit smoother so that the fabric, especially, looks less "hard" more like it has a softer texture and ability to move with him. I would also remove the sketchy lineart layer that's overlaying all the coloring: if it were a bit cleaner, it could stay, but for now it just lends an unfinished look to the piece. If you're having trouble defining those lines with just coloring, play around with some brush sizes, opacity, and hardness to see if you can mimic those clean lines without drawing them out.
Proportionally, the anatomy is also pretty good. I'll agree that his left thigh (when we're looking at him) and the right hand are a bit too large. His head is also a bit small, given his overall body size, and if it were a bit bigger, I think it'd pull the whole piece together nicely.
